Customer calls their insurance agent to file a claim using the date of loss and confirms deductible, ACV vs. RCV coverage, and whether Building/Ordinance & Law coverage is included.

3.) Claims Adjuster Meeting and Statement of Loss

We meet your adjuster on-site → they determine coverage → the carrier issues a Statement of Loss → initial funds are released to begin work.

4.) Bonhardt Restoration Work Begins

Materials are delivered and restoration begins to return the property to pre-loss condition. The first payment to Bonhardt is due at this time.

5.) Supplements & Final Invoice

Any unforeseen damage or required repairs will be submitted to the carrier for approval, and final payment will be issued.
