Hail and high winds are a fact of life for those of us living on the Front Range. Fret not! Bonhardt Roof & Trade is here to provide immediate assistance and assist you through these acts of nature to get your property restored without the stress and in a timely and professional manner. 

Roof INSUrance claim process

1.) Property Inspection by Bonhardt Team Member

The process we undertake to compile a complete assessment of all damage to the property. 

2.) File a Claim

Customer will call insurance agent to file a claim with the event date. 

Questions to ask your agent:

  • What is my deductible?
  • Do I have an ACV or RCV policy?
  • Do I have Building/Code Ordinance coverage?

3.) Claims Adjuster Meeting and Statement of Loss

Bonhardt will meet your insurance representative, known as an adjuster. The final scope of work and coverage will be determined by this team member.  After the assessment, your insurance company will provide a Statement of Loss detailing all covered items and the Replacement Cost Value. Your first payment will be made in order to begin work.

4.) Bonhardt Restoration Work Begins

Materials will be delivered and restoration will begin to get your property back to it's condition prior to the storm event. This is the time first payment will be made to Bonhardt.

5.) Supplements & Final Invoice

Any unforeseen damages and/or repair requirements will be submitted to your insurance carrier, approved, and Final payment will be issued.
